The Beehive LA is a professional rehearsal and production facility located in Van Nuys, Los Angeles. The campus houses 11 purpose-built studios, 2 pre-visualization suites, and a full-service touring division — making it one of the most comprehensive rehearsal and tour preparation facilities in Southern California.
Built for artists, production teams, and touring crews who need more than just a room with walls, The Beehive LA provides everything required to take a show from first rehearsal to sold-out tour: IEM systems, mixing consoles, FOH rooms with reference monitors, production offices, green rooms, 3-phase cam service, and private parking — all under one roof.
The Beehive LA's campus spans four studio buildings with options for every scale of production:
Little Hive — Studios A1, A2, and A3 range from 431 to 931 sq ft. Designed for band rehearsals, artist prep, and smaller productions. Several rooms include IEM systems (Sennheiser and Shure), mixing consoles, and reference monitors.
Big Hive — Studios B1 and B2 each offer 5,000 sq ft of production space with 200–400 AMP 3-phase cam service, FOH rooms with L'Acoustics reference monitors, full production offices, green rooms, kitchenettes with full-size refrigerators, and conference areas. These are the rooms where artists like Halsey, Gracie Abrams, and Blackbear prepare for world tours.
Super Hive — Four studios ranging from 950 to 3,400 sq ft. Studio S1 features sprung hardwood floors, dual production offices, private parking, and 3x 100 AMP 3-phase cam service. Smaller Super Hive rooms (S2, S3, S4) are equipped with IEM systems, mixing consoles, and reference monitors.
Pre-Visualization Suites — Pre Vis A features a full MA3 console, Depence R3, and a 4090 TI GPU workstation. Pre Vis C features an MA3 Light with dual monitors. Purpose-built for lighting designers and programmers preparing touring shows.
Beyond studio rentals, The Beehive LA operates a full-service touring division specializing in tour direction, music direction, and production management.
The touring team has prepared shows for Halsey, Gracie Abrams, Bebe Rexha, T-Pain, Blackbear, Remi Wolf, Suki Waterhouse, Gryffin, La Roux, Lizzy McAlpine, Eric Nam, Epik High, Channel Tres, Trixie Mattel, and Masego — along with television productions for Saturday Night Live, Jimmy Kimmel Live, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, and VEVO.
Services include set list development, live arrangement, band rehearsals, playback and track programming, production coordination, budgeting, crew logistics, and day-of-show management for tours, festivals, award shows, and live TV.
